Love the size and quality of the pans. They are perfect for sourdough. Everything releases easily and their easy to clean.

I've used these pan for white bread and sourdough bread because we like slices that fit well in our toaster and the smaller loaf pans just don't last long for our large family. The loafs slide right out, and are cooked evenly all the way through!

I love the price for these pans, and I love the quality even more. Easy to clean, no issues sticking so far, they're great.

I purchased these pans to replace the two that I have. One was my mother’s and one was my grandmother’s ! They are ancient and there’s really nothing wrong with them except except for the fact that they’re so old. The new ones are a little wider and a tad longer. I use a recipe and a half of banana bread and it comes out perfect in the new pan. One recipe would be lost lost. Bakes well. Cleans easily.

My only real disappointment was that tinny smell they hold after a run through the dishwasher for their first clean. That scent sometimes transfers to the bread making it unpalatable. I'm guessing the finish on them doesn't extend to under the rolled edges. Otherwise perfect for what I needed. Will be damp wiping to clean from now on to avoid further tinniness.

My bread recipe uses 3 cups of flour, which results in 2 small loaves of bread using my Good Cook 9 inch pans. With the Good Cook 13 inch pan my same recipe makes one good size loaf. Same size as commercial bread, great size for sandwiches. I use the reusable pan liners so no trouble with sticking to the pan. Pan clean up is a breeze. I don't know what the thickness of metal they are, but they are sturdy. And they bake nicely on the convection bake setting of my oven.

These pans came two in a set and I tell you you can bake cake. bread and even meatloaf in these pans.

These loaf pans are awesome! They hold a 2 lb bread recipe and bake up a large sz loaf. Never had a problem with sticking, easy to clean, and excellent value for the cost!

I have had these pans for 5 months and they had been great up until 20 days ago, when they started becoming rusty and the non-stick coating does not work anymore. I have handwashed them with care and never scrubbed them hard, so it doesn't make any sense. Each time now, the rust becomes worse. Last time I baked bread, which was yesterday, the rust even came out on the bread... It's a pity because they are the perfect size for my cakes and bread.

This is perfect for what I wanted. Recipe is too large for one loaf of bread but too small for two. Perfect long loaf.
