This product has been a great addition to our home and easily earns 5 stars. It produces a steady amount of cool mist that keeps the air comfortable, even in Las Vegas where the air is extremely dry. It’s been running reliably day after day and has made a noticeable difference in how comfortable the room feels. There are a few features that would make it even better. A built-in fan would help move the mist around more evenly, and a night mode to dim the bright display lights would be appreciated for darker rooms. The brand offers other units with similar options, so hopefully these can be added in future versions of this model. The unit feels well made, operates quietly, and is simple to clean. After continuous use for quite some time, it still performs just as well as it did when new. Overall, it’s a reliable and high-quality product that delivers consistent comfort and is well worth recommending.

This is the only humidifier that actually raised the humidity level in my home. I purchased multiple Lacidoll humidifiers (a total of 4) a few years ago after trying other brands that barely moved the needle. These, on the other hand, noticeably raised indoor humidity and helped make the air feel more comfortable—especially during the dry winter months. They run quietly, hold a large amount of water, and require far less frequent refilling than smaller units. I also want to highlight the excellent customer service. After several years of flawless use, one unit developed an issue. I reached out to Lacidoll, and their customer support was responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to review my situation and offered thoughtful solutions, which really reinforced my confidence in the brand. Overall, this has been a reliable, effective humidifier backed by a company that clearly cares about its customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone needing a humidifier for a larger space or whole-home comfort.

I ordered this lacidell large room humidifier mostly for the amount of area it covers along with the many positive reviews. I must say it does exactly as it states. We heat with a wood stove so definitely need to humidify. Have tried many other brands but they all fell short. I like that it holds a great amount of water and is easy to clean. Minimal, barely noticeable noise level, looks good in a room, great value for your money. The only downside is that it leaves a white film on everything, I have tried the leem one demineralizers which have minimal effect. I reached out to the company to see if they have come out with a filter for the unit. I received a prompt response from them, so I’d give their customer service an A+. Sadly there’s no filter but they did suggest to try the little blue fish demineralizers so I will give them a try. All in All it does as it states and we are happy with it. My only suggestion would be to add wheels to the bottom for easier mobility as the plant holder base with wheels is not strong enough to roll if the humidifier is full. Great product and would recommend to anyone looking for a humidifier that covers a large area.

I love how large the reservoir is so I don't need to fill it regularly. I also love the height. I have 2 large dogs and no dog hair is able to get into the top. It is very quiet and effective. Being able to fill from the top is nice as well. There is a light (you can turn off) that makes it easy to see how much water is in the reservoir as well as the level as you fill it. Two things that kept me from giving it 5 stars are 1) If you fill it to the full line, it over fills and water goes everywhere (easy to just make sure you don't fill to that point). 2) the instrument panel isn't lit so you have to have the lighting just right to see what buttons you are pushing. The display does show the humidity level and what it is set at currently, but it takes just a bit of extra effort to see the buttons if you want to adjust. It does come with a remote (batteries not included), but you still have to go to the front to see if your changes took. I have been using distilled water in it since the 3rd or 4th day and there has been no need to clean the pump or anything. Though I think cleaning would be easy. Having used tap water the first few days is how I realized how well it was humidifying my main floor. My gas stove flames turned orange constantly the minerals in the air from not using distilled water. I bought a water distiller (CO Z) to avoid buying distilled water and jugs. Overall I think this a great unit and would recommend it to anyone.

I purchased one of these in 2023. I literally use it every evening. It lasted until the end of 2025. I purchased a second one in 2025. Unfortunately, it stopped working five months later. I contacted Support to see if there was an effect and since it was still under warranty, they sent me a new one. This product works great. I love them multiple control aspect and will continue buying. Good product great customer service A+.

I would 100 percent recommend this humidifier. It’s hold 4 gallons of water and so easy to fill. It also has a place to put your favorite smelling essential oils, make sure you buy the pads it doesn’t come with any or you can use a tissue or small paper towel, but we use the pads. We had an issue with our water pump, it stopped working and we had to keep tapping it to make it work. The customer service through email with the company was top notch. The person I was emailing was Ryan. He emailed me right back the next day asked a few questions, I answered them and he sent me a new water pump. Unfortunately this was near the holiday season and somehow the water pump got lost in the mail, he emailed as soon as he notice the package wasn’t moving and asked me if I minded waiting one more day to see if the package would start moving. As I was waiting he also sent me a new top portion as an apology for the water pump taking so long. He kept emailing me to let me know what was going on and once I received the items emailed me to make sure the humidifier was working correctly. I 100 percent recommend this humidifier, I haven’t had any white dust and it also has a powerful output put of “stem” and keeps the humidity down. The humidifier looks great anywhere you put it, definitely worth the money and excellent customer service !!!

Works great! Easy to fill, easy to program. Great to have the extension tube to spray the moisture mist in any direction. Has made a big difference in the moisture level being it winter & the house is closed up. Runs silently. Does work for a large square footage, my homes square footage is 1200. Nice to have the night light easy to see the water level in the tank. Would highly recommend this humidifier.

Good Day everybody! Here we have a Humidifier that is decent for my main floor. It keeps my main floor at an acceptable level of humidification. I will be purchasing a couple more individual room humidifiers. I caution you to use a filter with your water if your water is hard. This humidifier is doing quite well keeping up with my needs, as long as I keep it filled. The tub is easy to lift and move while empty, some will have difficulty moving it when full. A small rolling attachment on the bottom would be wonderful. If added it would allow for easy filling and movement throughout the home. I caution you not to fill it to the top just under the handles. The handles have holes in them and the water will spill. I have found that the pump will take a bit to work properly after refilling the tub and replacing the top. Not filling it up to the fill line allows you to reach in and suction-cup the pump to the bottom of the tub. I assume this helps extend the life of the pump. You may need to empty and restart the humidifier after you refill it. Be cautious about how much water is being pumped in, too much and the humidifier won't work. You'll have to lift the grate off the top, pull out the refill tray, and empty the water from the humidifier's interior. Then clean the area before turning it on again with the provided cloth. I rate this with 4 stars because of the odd way the tray fills with water when I restart my machine after it's set back up properly. I may be doing something wrong when refiling the tub and reattaching the top.

Poor quality. It worked for one week only. The seller has been debating not to repair it nor rake it back. By every message I send, he gives different excuse. Grateful to Amazon who helped to resolve my issue

I’ve had the Lacidoll humidifier for 4 weeks now and can tell that it works perfectly ( keeps my piano under required humidity levels), very easy to setup, to maintain and fill the water tank. Incredibly silent. I am very happy with this purchase and definitively recommend it.
