So yummy and really gives me a boost of energy!

I pick this up if it's on sale. It's just a nice addition to my routine. Get some healthy nutrients. It's definitely not like a typical pre-workout. But if you want healthy nutrition it's a great add on. It's not going to give you the kick of something with caffeine. But let's say you're taking a break from stimulants and pre-workouts. This would be great. Pair it up with the Peak02 mushrooms and that could be a great pre-workout if you don't like the typical pre-workouts.

Gave it away because it did not have enough flavor for me

good with yogurt. I use it with Happy Gut powder to cover it's more green flavor. Hard to assess the health benefits, but it's a trusted brand.
