I like all of the Sunwarrior products. I always keep some of this protein powder in my pantry and I drink it every day. I’m lactose intolerant so I can’t drink whey without paying a heavy price. The good thing is this protein never causes any gut issues for me. This protein tastes good and it mixes really well in my shaker cup. No gritty texture that I’ve noticed - but I do mix it in with a green blend drink that I make. Definitely recommended - try all their products - they make high quality supplements.

I very rarely leave write reviews but I had to come here because I almost missed out on this amazing product because of the negative reviews on the taste and texture. This is the best most delicious protein shake I’ve had. I received it one hour ago and just mixed a scoop of protein with water just using a spoon, and it was super easy to mix. It does have a slight mild salty taste, but it’s the taste of salted caramel, or what you would have in a vanilla macarons. The ingredients are super clean, and I really wanted a branded that has BCAA because these are essential of the creation of muscle. So 26G of Protein, 6G of BCAA with 26 different amino acids, organic MCT Only, only 2G of Carbs, 0G of sugar, NO Dairy, Vegan, Soy Free (soy is a known hormon disrupter and lower testosterone levels in men), Gluten Free, and USDA Organic. You have a really amazing, high quality, product that is keto friendly, won’t spike your blood sugar, and even the sea salt that is in it offers some benefits in terms of electrolytes. Imagine if just you wake up, and have that shake and don’t eat anything else, the salt would help balance electrolyte levels. A lot of the most popular and better priced vegan proteins don’t have BCAA, an additional BCAA supplement from a leading brands which provides 6G of BCAA would be and additional expense. So I think this is a truly good product, and hope more people don’t listen to the haters and give it a chance. It has good healthy ingredients in it, don’t expect it to taste like a full vanilla ice cream shake with full cream. I've been wanting to find a lactose free protein powder that doesn't taste grainy, chalky, too strong of any flavor but just enough. Found it! I bought the vanilla flavor, mixed it with lactose free milk, added ice and it's actually really really good! It's not chunky, difficult to dissolve, or thick. I had tried the Orgain protein powder from Costco and yuck, I just couldn't get used to that taste and chalky taste...you could taste the pea protein a lot... I highly recommend this protein powder! I was nervous about buying this knowing that if I didn't like it, I couldn't return it, but I'm so glad I LOVE it!

I ordered the vanilla option because the plain, with no sweetener wasn't available at the time. This is way too sweet for me. They put too much stevia in it. I do like the same product without any sweetener in it. It mixes well with just water so I can have it without making a full smoothie if needed. It's also nice because it doesn't foam up as much as another brand I got. This is a nice product, but again, way too sweet for me!

I recently found it necessary to go to a virtually liquid diet, but most protein drinks I tried: (1) were nasty tasting or otherwise unpleasant to ingest 2) resulted in digestive tract issues 3) were full of sugars and other unhealthy ingredients 4) sorely lacking in much of any "real food" nutritional value. In all honesty, I had purchased products (proteins & supergreens) from 3 new to me, but well-reviewed companies with some longevity, turning up in my searches, hoping one of them might work for me. Sunwarrior's sunwarrior blend protein powder manages to tick every box--and then some--for me. It works well as a pick-me-up or as an accompaniment to exercise, when I will often add some Hydrate for extra electrolytes. Even better, it works very well as a full (albeit light) meal! One taste of Sunwarrior Blend Vanilla Protein drink and I was hooked on the flavor and texture. A quick review of its ingredients confirmed I wouldn't be filling up on near-empty calories--there were no added sugars and with an organic vegan composition, the risk of questionable nutritional sources was greatly diminished. When on the go the regular drink, made with almond milk, works best for me, but when I want to relax with an actual meal replacement shake, adding some frozen banana slices adds just enough substance and density to make me feel replete and fully satisfied. The Chocolate took a little getting used to because I prefer more chocolate (an issue easily solved with the addition of a little extra organic cacao). It too has great texture as-is for on the go & with exercise. And with a spoon of peanut butter or frozen strawberries it becomes a great meal replacement shake. I am well into my 2nd tub of vanilla, as it suits my current flavor preferences best, but I'm a confirmed chocoholic, so I'm sure the trend will reverse itself at some point, at least for a little while. Plus, there are still other options waiting for me to try if I ever get tired of my two longtime favorite ice cream flavors! LOL

It’s average. Has a strong synthetic sugar taste. I tried another brand, Orgain chocolate fudge mix. It is a complete protein. Not sure if Warrior is. The Orgain chocolate fudge protein powder is Delicious!! No synthetic sugar taste. Not going back to Warrior.

I feel good using a clean, keto-friendly, soy-free option.

Awesome ingredients ánd taste imho, just have a good shaker. It’s sticky.

Excellent product (quality of ingredients and taste), in particular for the ones who are vegans or do not like whey.
