I used it for pandan waffles. They were delicious! I’m glad/sad it’s not an insane color. On the one hand, I added some pandan powder so they’d be green. On the other, I don’t really want to ingest a bunch of weird chemicals, so I appreciate that this is all natural. The taste is excellent.

This smells great when you open the bottle, but to get a discernible flavor in the finished dish, you have to dump in 1/4 or 1/3 the bottle into a cup of rice. Once you use a truly huge amount, you get a subtle and nuanced pandan flavor that's superior to the artificial stuff — plus there's none of that awful green food coloring. However, I'm giving this a low rating because, with the quantity needed, it's a very expensive way to enjoy pandan. I wish they could make it much stronger.

I just love this PANDAN flavor enhancer! I add it to my matcha tea & sometime matcha latte’s. Definitely makes a homemade drink taste & smell amazing without adding anything artificial. The product is high quality, no artificial colors or dyes, and sugar free. Shipping was fast & packaged very professionally. I highly recommend.

Great flavor and fragrance, and great seller, thank you for the bonus surprise in my package! However, I was excited to make A Vietnamese honeycomb cake with the beautiful green color only to discover this extract is colorless. I should have read the description more closely, but I wish it was more obvious. Most of the photos here show all green products, so it never occurred to me that this did not have the coloring.

This was an extremely disappointing purchase for me. Not only was the extract colorless, (it should be green, as the natural leaves are) it practically tasted like nothing. A recipe I used called for 1/8th of a teaspoon, and I ended up using 1/2 of one to try and add a bit more flavor to it. Unfortunately it left the final product extremely underwhelming and left much to desire. If you want real pandan extract/flavoring, just go to your local asian supermarkets. This online stuff's not worth your trouble.

I USE THE KOEPOE ONLY because it gives me great flavor added to my cardamom tea, and mochi and other desserts.

This is a flavor that I miss from my childhood in the Philippines. The flavor of this extract captures the true essence of this plant! Love love love!

Love this pandan. Got as a gift and it’s very light and works great with my milk foam. However their Milk Twa flavoring is still my favorite.
