Out of the box came with everything stated in the add! Has Very handy service tool bag that holds all the tools needed to keep it going including an extra spark plug and will even fit the extra 20in chain.I'm not a professional at all when it comes to using chainsaws but I do use them occasionally on the farm. I lost my echo cs-490 back in 2021 during tornado clean up in Mayfield ky.... (someone tried to take it off my truck bed and busted the handle making it useless) so I've been using an older mcculloch timber bear and it gave out completely. So taking a gamble I decided to buy this 62cc saw with 20in bar and for less than 200$. Now it's a cheap saw, it appears to be based off an echo "on the look of the plastic body parts" its lightweight compared to my other saws, the air filter is cheap as in this is a weekend warrior tool and I don't expect the engine to last if used every day in a commercial setting but for farm or weekend use I see it lasting and definitely paying for itself. I'm extremely impressed! I do believe this saw could handle a 36in bar with ease, supper ease to start (unlike the cs-490 echo) and cuts red oak like a hot knife though butter, I'm talking stupid fast!I would definitely buy this agin h*ll you can buy 3 of these for the price of a Husqvarna or Stahl in the "50cc" class and this one will out perform them but once again it's a cheap saw and won't last in a commercial setting, one job will pay for it and if you get more than a year it's a good deal for commercial and if it last 10 years as farm/ weekend use you can't go wrong. Honestly as little as I use a chainsaw I see this one lasting years!

I knew I was taking a risk with this, but I was swayed by the reviews. I have used and repaired chain saws many times. After spending approximately 3 hours doing everything the manual recommended and a few other tricks and it still will not start. It floods very easily.If you the time to play with the thing, you may be lucky. I do not have the time. I will spend the money for a Stihl or Husqvarna and be happy not having to deal with the frustration.It was just a pipe dream.

Reading a lot of bad reviews assuming first time users. For the price, this saw is very powerful but also cheaply made (plastics, linkages, etc). Assembled correctly you’ll have no problem using it. The handle has a plastic guide that holds the throttle linkage in the right place, but is very easy to install incorrectly after taking it apart. Assuming that’s the #1 issue people are running into. I reset and adjusted the carb after purchasing because it wouldn’t run without being slightly choked. Something pretty easy to do but shouldn’t be necessary coming from the factory. Since then I’ve been ripping through everything with this baby. Well worth the money. Most of the complaints I’m reading probably should have bought an expensive name brand and have them professionally serviced.

Aside from shipping that amounts to fifty-percent of the price, the throttle control crapped out on the first use.AND, it's NOT RETURNABLE!Would I buy it again? The answer is a very definite NO!

I didn’t think I’d get much for the money spent, I was wrong. This is a great saw that performs flawlessly. Highly recommend!

I purchased the Coocheer 6200 chainsaw June 2023. I finally used it the last few days ( September of 2023) It was used for about 4 hours. It ran out of gas and would not restart after refilling. I have tried to reach out to the 1-year warranty company and they are permanently closed. I have reached out to the seller and Amazon’s extended warranty company. Awaiting responses from both.I suspect the coil has failed. Sad product if in fact, it has. Richard SmithThe coil did fail, replaced it and the replacement coil failed again.....

Im having trouble writing this , but when its good , its good. I have had the saw for year and a half now. I bought a husqvarna 450 at anout the same time . Husqvarna being worked on and the Coocheer is still cutting very well. No compaints .Especially for the price.

Do not purchase this item.... very poorly made. on off switch is a joke.... spent over an hour trying to assemble the sawand was so angry I was ready to put it in the trash... but I did finish the project.This item was a birthday gift from my wife....otherwise it would have been in the trash.not my first chainsaw....assembly was beyond difficult.. assembly instruction are another joke...pull cord does not fun function as it should... seems to slip and then catch... must place saw onthe ground and hold with your foot to start. One good item.... saw does seem to cut very well.So avoid nightmare do not purchase this item..... also can not return this item...
