This creatine has the most correct form - monohydrate. High absorbtion level and really helps to increase performance in the gym. Increased stamina and energy during the intake. It is important to remember to increase the amount of water you drink while taking this supplement to avoid dehydration. Also, this supplement has reduced muscle pain after training. The only cons I found is the number of capsules. 4 capsules at a time for me turned out to be quite a lot considering that I also take other supplements. Otherwise, no complaints and a good price. I will buy again.

I used to use powdered creatine, but after using these, I can’t imagine going back. Very easy to measure the correct amount of creatine, no nasty powered after taste and good sized capsules My lifts have gone through the roof at the gym, and I’m feeling great!

Overall I found this to do the job and the tablets are easy to swallow. The casing doesn't desolve quickly, so you have time to swallow it without getting that creatine taste in your mouth. Only downside is that it's expensive for what it is.

These are 3000mg or 3grams per serving. Which is 4 pills. Not 3 grams per pill. These are good quality but if you're like me and take (2-3) 5g scoops each gym session. This isn't enough and actually caused me to lose a little bit of size because I thought it was 3grams per individual pill at first.

I believe these work a treat, only side effect is I was drinking more water meaning going toilet a little more often than usual

These provide energy and strength for the day, so really useful before the gym. I have also noticed feeling healthier overall from taking them.

Straight away you can tell this is a really good quality product - from the packaging to the capsules themselves. Very easy to swallow. I've been taking creatine for a little while now and I'm starting to see results, with more energy during training. I would definitely recommend!
