First one was defective
Everytime you turn the switch, it's moves freely in the housing. I wasn't sure if that was normal, so I ordered a second one which did not move. The installation easy and the product is good quality, except for the first unit which had a loose fit.

It works!
I found some directions for this on UTube and between their instructions and UTube I was able to save a lamp instead of throwing it away. Not hard at all , just follow instructions

Works great!!
After purchasing from another buyer by Creative Hobbies, I had to lose my money since theirs was defective and by the time I got to it was outside Amazons return. The seller didnโt respond or even care. So I had to find a new lamp kit. So I purchased this one. It works great!! Happy!!

Easy to do it yourself
Bought a lamp from a thrift shop and it didn't work but I loved the lamp. Go this kit and it took me 10mins tops to put it together.
