Ok so my histamine levels were over 7867 in highest ref range 959 /7 times the norm basically/. The bloating was one thing, but every morning I felt like I have something stuck in my throat that I desperately want to caugh out, but couldn’t. ChatGpt told me to get Quercitin and Vitamin C. I’ve heard about this brand Thorne that athletes use so even tho more expensive than other brands - I gave it a try. Long and behold the sensation in the throat IS GONE. I don’t know the histamine levels, but it is obvious this works

I have tried many Vitamin C supplement and this one rose on top. Vitamin C is best taken with Biflavonoids, Thorne research have managed to mix the right amount in the formula. Immediate results were observed in terms of energy levels and on the skin.

Good so far , not had any problems with stomach issues . Take twice a day easy to swallow . I wouldn’t say value for money as will only last a month and half

This is a good brand and good product. I prefer this brand over others. It works well and doesn't cause any stomach discomfort for me. The pill is on the larger side, I would prefer it to be smaller, but overall it's not bad. There is no after taste after swallowing. It works well to provide the extra vitamin C that I need. It is gluten free and made in USA. I Would Highly Recommend.
