No ACTUAL information!
This says guide for beginners but it's hardly even that. It says things like arthritis can even make a person limp. Or people get arthritis for multiple reasons (then doesn't actually give any reasons). this is like a high schooler starting a paper hours before it's due, there is so much fluff! This was an absolute waste of time and money.
