Very easy to set up and use. We like the feature where you can set up subtitles or take them off from the controller. Picture and sound is excellent on hi and uhd. Was not expensive to buy on Amazon either, especially considering the quality of the product.

I bought this TV to replace a Samsung. perhaps I should have stayed with them. I only use my TV to watch streaming i.e. no live TV. This TV comes with streaming apps already installed. I can't see a way to take those I don't want off i.e. anything by the BBC. The TV is slow to 'boot up' and I regularly have to turn it on and off several times as it is so slow to connect to WiFi. It is not possible to open UKTV Play directly as there is no app for it, which is a shame. However, it is available through the Freeplay app. That being said after a month or so this failed to work and I had to get in touch with Philips who, after some tooing and froing, sent me some instructions and a link to a dedicated software update. Fortunately I am computer literate and have access to laptops and USB's etc. However, those who cannot find their way around a computer would have huge problems doing this. I have elderly relatives and friends who would find this impossible. This TV is not Android which gives it particular limits. One such limit is that you cannot get NOWTV on it without using a firestick or other external device. There are probably many other apps you cannot get. If I were to be in the position to buy a TV again, based on my recent experience, I would not buy this TV.

gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis. Er ist schnell eingestellt und hat eine gute Bild-Qualität.

Ganz schlecht,nach knapp 2 Jahren verlangt der Fernseher auf einmal eine CDI-Karte,bevorzugte Sender werden gelöscht,mir wurde natürlich eine Reparatur auch vor Ort angeboten,habe leider keine Zeit für solche spielchen,weil der Fehler jetzt nach der neuprogrammierung komplett nicht mehr da ist,wie lange ?,auch immer wieder zwischendurch fehlfunktionen,kein guter kauf (Softwarestand ist natürlich aktuell),Finger weg,werde entsorgen und mir einen neuen kaufen,nur jetzt nicht mehr bei Amazon.Es wird halt gerne verkauft,Kundenservice sehr schlecht.

Sehr langsam, Fernbedienung hat oft keine Verbindung zum Fernseher. Das Nervt extrem. Also von Philipps habe ich definitiv etwas anderes erwartet. Das einzige was nett ist, ist das Design. Schade.... Also empfehlenswert ist es in dem Fall nicht.

Das Gerät wirkt insgesamt billig. Klar ist es kein Top Modell und mit 400€ relativ günstig, aber da bin ich von Philips eigentlich einen anderen Standard gewohnt. Schade eigentlich.
