Gentle talking and lovely red glowing heartbeat.
Super cute. My three year old has fallen in love with this little fella. She loves watching ET after seeing it on telly when her older sister was watching. Sadly all the plush toys are a tad odd looking. But this one is perfect. Still obviously ET but with an added toddler element. And the sounds are gentle and his voice is a bit slower and easier for her to understand. He’s absolutely lovely. And his heart beat changes BPM when he is awake or asleep. She was very excited to take him to bed with her last night.

A Fantastic Little Interactive Soft Plush ET !
I purchased this for one of my niece's little lads. I tried it out myself while in the box to make sure everything worked ok before wrapping it for Christmas. I was well impressed with it ! It says several of the well known ET movie phrases like - " ET phone home etc ". His chest - heart also lit up like in the movie, while it played the enchanting ET movie theme tune. It's quite impressive ! It's also well made, nice soft & plush & a really good quality cuddly toy ! My niece's little one was well happy with it ! I highly recommend it as a great little entertaining, interactive plush cuddly toy ! You won't be disappointed & a decent price too !

Very cute! Button to change language
This is so cute. There is other reviews that say they have received ones that speak in a different language. Mine came speaking English but after daughter had been playing with it for a bit it started speaking in a different language also! I later discovered that if you undo the back it has a small round button that you press and hold and it goes through about 3 different languages so that you can set it to the one you want. Hope this helps for the other people who have bought this and its arrived speaking a different language :)

Bought for my 1 year old. He loves it and my older kids had to get watching the movie! You can change the language as well which I though was pretty cool!

Disappointed
I just received the delivery for the E.T. toy and he only speaks French. So disappointed as this was a gift for my (English speaking) daughter and now I have to return it. This could have been avoided if it was specified in the listing.

Quelle belle manière de nous rappeler de notre enfance et transmettre cet héritage à nos enfants. La peluche reprend 9 phrase du célèbre film avec le cœur qui clignote et qui vibre pour simuler les battements de cœur. Elle est fournie avec 3 piles AAA (l'accès nécessitant un tournevis Philips non inclus), il ne faut pas oublier de sortir du mode démo comme indiqué dans le manuel sinon les phrases restent limitées à 3 ou 4. Le seul point négatif est les 2 petites imperfections de fil comme montré sur la photo
