I left my chiropractor with a straight neck that was in a lot of pain when doing normal tasks such as driving a car or just walking around. This has helped, or so it feels like it, my neck to not hurt so darn much. I have used it a total of 3-4 times and it feels like it is working so I will continue my on and off days of using the device.

I got this as I saw a neck hump starting to form and I'm only 29. I'm not sure it has really helped me much but my husband started using it and he absolutely loves it for stretching. Maybe it's the wrong size for me, or I'm using it wrong but I don't feel much of a stretch during, but more like it's touching pressure points. My neck does feel less stiff the next day though.

I am on the computer all day and my neck is just so tight ALL THE TIME. This little device is a dream. It really helps to stretch out my overly tight neck and traps. Also, sometimes if I have a tension headache I lay on this and don't need any medicine anymore. I still have a long way to go but after using this for a few weeks I am already feeling the difference.

Does not lift base of neck as high as is needed. Conca part is too deep so the stretch is not as much as it could be.

Very easy to use. Has two different positions. You can really feel the stretch. With the stretching, I can even get my neck to pop. Relieves neck pain. I use in the morning and before I go to sleep.
