This is my second suzzipad purchase. I love the weight of this neck pad. It stays in place nicely. The pad keeps warm well and I use it every day. I've had no issues with this brand. I wish they made an even larger one for a lap warmer or something. The scent is nice though and not overwhelming.

Great product. Soft, two -sided material, one more smooth, one more textured. It definitely is better for moist heat than icing. Knocked a star simply because of my own size. I wear a 16W, or equivalent to a man's XL t shirt, and this item did not have the length I thought it would to cover my shoulder completely and also have some left over to cover my torn peck muscle. Great product, but maybe not for someone with wider shoulders.

It takes longer to heat in my microwave heating pads but it's the best one I've had previously. Excellent quality, stays in place, the neck portion hugs my neck, great coverage for shoulders and upper back; providing me with moist heat that lasts longer than my previous heating pads. It also has a very light pleasant scent. The material feels so luxurious on my skin. I now have to fight over it with the rest of my family lol. Might have to get them their own.
