2010 gmc yukon xl hot air will not work driver/passenger, installed for passenger blend door and nothing. What can it be?

Need to check to see if enough coolant is in the cooling system. Low coolant can stop hot coolant from circulating through heater core. Need to check if both heater hoses are hot. This is best done within 5 minutes of a cold start up. This test confirms heater core not clogged up. Need to put a scan tool on truck to see if temp controller is commanding the blend doors to open.
