Very sturdy and solid frame. This opinion is coming from a Certified Fitness Master Trainer. I recommend it for weighted single leg step ups. As for jumping on top while using two legs, I find that the plate is too small. But a good purchase for specific exercises only.

Plyo boxes are basically very strong stools used for lots of work outs, but are very expensive for some reason. This was kind of expensive, but other brands cost more with lower quality. I jump on this, use them to hold lots of weight, stair exercises elevated push ups, planks and use this as a sturdy stool for projects. A simple tool with a tone of uses. Stable, just the right weight and height and stackable, even with other brands.

We added this step to our workout room and it's really easily stored in the corner until we want to use it. It's very sturdy.

Great sturdy platform for plyo that takes up less room than the wooden or foam boxes, big step up but good and challenge and no assembly required!

Love the sturdiness of this jump box. Don't love the material on the top. It tears easily.

I looked at lots of Plyo Boxes before settling on this 18" version. I was using a 14" platform and decided I needed to bump it up. This height gives me that thigh-to-floor parallel for step-ups. I don't jump - my knees say no - but I wouldn't be afraid to because of the sturdiness of this box. I've never once felt like it might tip over. It came assembled with every square inch covered in protective wrap... no dings, dents or scratches. It's squared and sturdy. The angle of the legs and base provide terrific stability without interfering in my footwork. The platform is wood with a firm rubber top to provide traction and soften the impact. The platform is very well braced underneath so no worries of it failing. The box is lightweight and easy to move around. Great purchase!

I'm not using these as jump boxes. They're serving a wide variety of other purposes from assisting with other exercises to being used as stools while painting to the 12-in being used as a step stool. And I'm happy with them for these purposes. Not sure if I would be having paid full price though as I got a used set for more than 50% off. To my surprise, the reported damage was minor tearing of the top material. A bit of gorilla tape fixed them right up to prevent further damage, and I might either replace the tops with thicker plywood or cover them with proper rubber-like padding in the future anyway. So totally worth it for the savings. They seem quite sturdy. The 30-in one squeaks and creaks quite a bit, but I think it'll hold up fine. Probably just from having longer legs. The others seem quiet and firm. No stability issues that I've seen.

Just what I wanted! I love doing so many exercises besides just Plyo jumps!! . It is sturdy, well build and great size. It came assembled which is a bonus.

Lo he devuelvo pues por una sola el precio me parece excesivo. Eso sí, la única unidad entregada estaba en aparente buen estado. Desconozco su calidad pues no la he utilizado.

Build quality is fantastic, very sturdy. Easy to use and carry. Perfect size for step ups and step downs. Looks sleek. Worth the money. If you don't end up using it for exercise you can always use it to reach higher places as a step. Very comfortable to step on, good grip.

For the price this is a great plyo box . Definitely recommend
