Although these have good reviews I didn’t have high expectations. I was happily surprised with them. I’ve only used the black pair so far. I added them to a pair of black sandals that have a suede-like footbed so I was nervous these wouldn’t stay put but they did. They added the much needed arch support I was looking for. Don’t expect these to make a pair of flats into a birkenstock, with excellent and firm arch support but they add enough support to make flats more comfortable. I normally will not buy any shoe that doesn’t have excellent arch support but it’s hard to find nice looking shoes, especially sandals, that have good arch support. Now that I know these work so well I will be able to add a few new shoes to my wardrobe.

Love these with my wedge sandals where they are virtually invisible yet offer sufficient support. Would love to see them offer a fuller orthotic version as well that extends forward and outward on the foot. But these, for the money, can’t beat them!

These work perfect in my new shoes. Give me a little Arch buildup. I have a high arch but one foot wants to turn in so this helps both arches. The only problem that I have seen is they don't stick very well when I stick them in the shoe I have to restick them. They fit too.

They feel squishy in the hands, but they feel very hard in shoes. I’m sure it’s excellent arch support, but not super comfortable at first. My feet get used to them by the end of the day. They stick really well, even after adjusting. I will continue to use them, but probably wouldn’t purchase them again.

I first ordered May 24, and another set June 10. These are a game changer! I have very high arches, and most shoes are made so cheaply now that there's no arch support. I have several pairs made that way, and a few years ago they didn't bother me. Now that I'm working in a showroom with concrete floors, I was no longer able to wear those. These pads have enabled me to wear all of my shoes, and not only be comfortable, but feel good walking!My only user advice is that for me, the pads needed to be placed much lower on the insole than I had imagined.These really are wonderful!

Loved the stickiness. I misplaced one and had to re -attach and it still stuck like crazy! I wore the black pair for 10 hours yesterday. To my surprise they stuck to the pink fit flops which have a textured surface. I do wish they were a bit higher As I have a very high arch. But they are helping to straighten my feet out. If they hurt your feet you must adjust your feet by wearing them for half an hour, Then the next day an hour And so on. You must train your feet to get used to them.

The price was great. They are very difficult to find perfect placement in my shoes. They feel like walking on stones. Once you find the perfect spot they feel good. They don’t stay stuck in the correct position when you take your shoes off. They slide or stick to your feet making it not worth the effort of putting them back in shoes every time you put them on. Find something better.

The idea is great. The product stuck well, but it was almost too much arch for me. I was trying to use these in flip flops, but my feet, legs and back began to ache. After several days I needed to remove them. They came off without leaving residue.

These arch supports are extremely well made and well designed. The gel sticks to your insole of your shoes and stays place. They came well packaged and on time.

This product is very good value for the money. I received the order in a timely fashion but the arch supports did not fit my very flat arches. Upon requesting a refund they responded immediately.
