Cute!
This bag is so adorable! The color has just the right amount of cuteness and simplicity, and the design is very aesthetically pleasing.It is a bit difficult to see into the bag since it is about 17 inches when empty; the dark inside doesn't help either. The length is 16 inches when empty.My favorite thing about the bag is the pockets! There is a single front pocket, a padded laptop pocket (fits my 13 in. computer + it has an elastic band), two small interior pockets, two water bottles/umbrella pocket, and a side pocket (big enough for a wallet).I fit a laptop, a 1-inch binder, book, and little necessities just fine inside.It's not waterproof. In fact, it gets dirty very easily.In some places, the stitchings are somewhat loose and adjusting the straps is a bit risky because the ends of the strap are not folded in.I found that putting things into the larger pocket is a bit difficult. The laptop pouch gets in the way sometimes, and I have to reorganize constantly so that I can put things in.It is very durable, however. After a few months of my rough handling, it is still intact, although the threads in the laptop pouch cling onto my laptop.I like this bag a lot, either way!

Exactly what I wanted, very good material!
It's exactly what I wanted! Nice color, perfect size, charging port, and the material is great. The laptop pocket fits my 13.5" MacBook perfectly and the inside is roomy. There are two small pockets in the inner part of the bag and although they are small, they're still nice.As you can see I've already put my battery pack in there, and one of the small pockets holds it so that I don't have to worry about it flopping around. Handles and straps are great (you might have to attach the straps but it's not difficult to do ;) outter pocket (and side pockets are great) although I just opened it and haven't had the chance to use them haha.Over all very pleased with my bag!

Poor construction.
The outside material is fairly durable but the inside of the bag is lined with a very thin transparent material that snags and I am sure will tear very quickly from taking things in and out of the bag. I had to return the first one because it arrived torn. Luckily I bought the replacement warranty because I know I will have to return this a few more times. The rest of the features are why I bought the bag lots of pockets outside and easy accessibility. Probably would not purchase again. I took a picture but the material is brown and did not film well.

I liked the design, but it's not durable
I like the design of this backpack, but when I traveled to San Francisco, I used this as a purse/book bag situation because I don't like to leave super valuables in hotels, and this bag last that trip only. It's a shame. If you buy this and use this for lightweight items, it could possibly last you longer than mine lasted me. Also, it arrived with stains, but I just threw it in the washing machine and let it air dry.

Back to School
My daughter started high school and needed a new backpack. She showed me this one and so glad I bought it for her! It holds everything she needs to have and her cromebook fits in there perfectly. She can charge her phone in there too, we just need to purchase a portable cellphone charger separately. Holds up great and very durable.

Super cute and kind of modern bag
Super cute and kind of modern bag. It has the port and cable to hook to a portable power supply inside the backpack.without having to put the device in the backpack either. Bought this for my niece who will start college in the fall while still in high school. Love that she'll have "new technology" in being able to keep her devices charged and ready for her to excel at her education. The bag also can be carried by the handles or as a backpack. Multiple pockets for her various school supplies, laptop and phone.

A lot bigger than my last backpack! Super cute exactly what I wanted. Not very padded which I’m not /extremely/ happy about but 🤷🏻♀️ I still love the back. I’m a college student and it fits all my stuff and it still looks super flat and isn’t super heavy on my back

Super roomy!
My giant laptop fits perfectly and the top folds over without being tight. There are lots of pockets and plennnnnnty of space. It is kind of bulky, but I am a small person and I'm sure once I put my textbooks and school supplies in it, it will look normal. I am very excited to use it for my freshman year of college! (My laptop is roughly 16 inches.)
