Great customer service
Couple of the wheels broke within months, however, customer service was quick to send a new set to replace them. they must have received a bad bunch. Otherwise comfortable and good value for money.

Poor quality
Don't use this chair that often as its in a back bedroom for a computer. Sat on it this morning and lent back slightly and it broke toward the bottom of the back upright which is a stress place by the looks of it and not strong enough! Very disappointed in this product and would avoid buying again!!

Good price. ok chair
I’m 6’2”, 15stone… I struggle to find chairs that will work as an office chair for me… this chair is decent for the price… although the back brace support did break within the first month…. Which is why I’ve given it a 3 star rating… Other than that I am pretty happy with my purchase

Simple but nice chair
Nice comfy chair, wasnt easy to put together and instructions aren’t great. However once together very comfortable and looks great.

Why did you choose this product over others?: as i work from home , i needed a office chair . ordered this from amazon. it is comfortable, was very easy to assemble and is of good quality in good price.

Amazing seller and product is a great value for money
Basically, I bought this chair in oct 2022. It broke within 3 months (may be it was a manufacturing defect). The seller was kind enough to quickly respond to my messages and replace the chair free of cost. I am really happy with the professional manner with which the seller responded to the situation. I highly recommend this chair. Good value for money and serves the purpose.

Poor quality
Wheels broke within a few weeks of use. Metal base collapsed on day and now chair is unusable. Would not recommend for anything other than a quick fix while you wait for a better chair.
