This was actually a gift for a friend of mine who is a massage therapist, as she has gone off on her own to work for herself there were a lot of things that she needed to buy obviously the table then the usual set up items were checked right off the list as part of a standard set up but I thought that this would make a nice little gift.It's really simple to use there's a base unit where you pour the water into, then you place whatever you want to steam into the top clear part this could be towels which is her usual use close the lid, then set the time to whatever you need.Basically gives you hot steam towels on demand very quickly, she usually leaves it for the exact amount of time that massage takes so that their ready at the end of it I'm with the fact that it will take four towels in one she's not refilling it every time.

Sometimes I fancy preparing a home spa for myself, especially after a long week of work. This towel steamer pan is quite deep which is good enough to put towels in as well as herbal balls in case I have it at the time of spa. It is easy to operate, pour water in the base and turn the knob to the time you wanted your towels to be heated. It can support up to a maximum of 60 min steam but I honestly only need it for like 10-15 min just to save some energy. The temperature can reach to approx 95C or 202F therefore make sure you are aware of the heat and not to burn your hands when you get hold of the towels. It included a bamboo tong for you to grab the towel out, open the towel and swing it a few times to reduce the heat before putting it on your face. The warmth actually relax me so much. I also add on a few drops of essential oil into the water so that the towels contain the fragrance I like. I find it quite useful actually and would recommend.

It’s small and comfy although somewhat amateur. But hey, for this price you won’t get anything better than these. I love it so far for my home beauty bar, not professional use only.

Having tested this "Potuem Towel Warmer" thoroughly, it does work to a certain degree (pun intended), but it's a practically useless method of providing warm towels for any useful length of time. The product description states: "temperature of the towel steamer can be up to 202°F within 10 minutes", however, steam is effectively produced at 10°F higher (100°C), so if you rely on that product description, this item fails as a towel steamer. The most effective way to produce warm towels with this product, is to place moist towels into the upper compartment, and set the timer long enough to heat up the moisture that is already within the towels. As for quality, this is sub-standard, especially considering the price, basically, all you have is a heating element in the base, which heats the water, a timer for the heater element, and a cheaply manufactured brittle plastic cover for the towels (which has already cracked).

Nice little towel steamer for home use or even if you have a business that could involve you needing one such as a beauty salon or barbers, This is nice enough for home use and honestly I'm somewhat impressed but somewhat disappointed in this.what impresses me is it's simple enough to use where you fill the base compartment with water which will then be heated and steam up the top layer which you can place face towels or flannels, and set the time to whatever you require which is always handy.the only real thing that does somewhat disappoint me is the build quality feels a tad flimsy esq and the storage capacity for towels as some can thicker and can limit the space inside to what they initially state can be stored.Overall I'm still impressed cause using this before or even after a shave feels incredible and if just indulging in a nice bath is like a slice of heaven.

The media could not be loaded.  The product came well packaged.It contains complete compartments, including a steamer base, steamer case, and upper lid.It is a portable, mini hot towel steamer that can be used at home or at a beauty salon.I am very pleased to see that the product does its job. It only takes about 5 minutes to generate steam with full water. The base has measurement embossed. You can add 500ml of water into the base. Moreover, It has a dial and timer setting. You can set the steaming time so the water does stop boiling over a certain amount of time. Additionally, it will automatically switch off when there is no water.I also received a wooden tong. It is very useful to remove the hot towels and hot stones.It is durable and long-lasting and can be used for towel, massage stone, incense bag, etc.Additional information:The steamer case can be turned upside down and fits over the base of the hot towel holder in order to make it more compact for storage.I used this every time I do facial or hot massage in the comfort of my home.I love this product and am pleased to recommend it.
