Goes together nicely with a definitive click when fully inserted. You will need a good crimper that does the conductor, insulation and the little rubber insert. Works better for 16-18 gauge, but I did succeed with 12 and 14 (left off the little rubber insert on the 12 gauge since they were ground wires anyhow.

Works great for smaller gauge wire (14 and smaller). The pins need to be opened up a little to accept larger wire and crimp well. I used an awl to open up the are where the wire goes and then made sure it was all tucked in there with my fingernail. **IMPORTANT** You must have special weatherpack crimpers, they're not included and they're not always common. I built a test connector and all of them had continuity.

Very nice connectors. Easy to assemble and easy to disassemble if/when you screw up. Be aware this is a pack of FIVE. If you don't notice that and order two, they're very easy to deal with and will return your money.

Usually don't do reviews but after trying several others this set is by far the best and easiest to assemble. Can also easily remove pins if needed.

Good looking and feeling connectors, but in ad it states will work with 11 gauge wire and I was using 12 ga for some circuits so I thought i would give it a shot. It does work with 12 gauge wire but not quickly and/or easily. I ended up having to solder wire to metal contact and then taking a Dremel to gently file down solder area because over wise the contact will not click and hold into the plastic housing like it should not to mention the orange wire seal does not fully seat into housing like it should ( even with 14 gauge it still won’t fully seat but does work). This connector is really made to handle 16 or smaller gauge wire to make efficient crimps and seal the best. But hey for less than $20 for 5 connector kits so it is still a good value and I would buy again if I was using mainly smaller gauge wire

The pins do not stay in when you plug the 2 halves together. Some stay in while others just slide in and out. I want a refund because they simply don’t work. Very poor quality.

Worth the price just for the housings and seals. The terminals I would not trust for any load circuits. They are also closer to 2.2mm (.090 series), than the 1.8mm listed in some descriptions. They look similar to Sumitomo HM 090, which is relevant should you need to replace terminals DTR. There are pics showing them used for larger gauge wire than intended - that is very unwise if you want the repair to have longevity & not overheat. Google "proper electrical crimping" - you will find many examples of what your crimped wire connection should look like for a quality repair. I added a screenshot from one website as an example. These are ideal for low load circuits, such as sensors, relay switching, CAN, etc., where the current draw is low.

Die Stecker und Pins sind gut Verarbeitet. Habe leoder nich viel Ahnung von Crimpzangen und meine für die Kabelschuhe war defenitiv zu gross. Habe alles mit einer Spitzzange "vercrimpt". Hält gut, wenn die Stecker halb voll belegt sind sitzen sie stramm, lassen sich aber gut zusammenstecken und haben überall auch durchgang. Ich nutze die Stecker an meiner selbstgebaute CNC Maschine um die Leitungen der Schrittmotoren, USB und co zwischen der Steuerplatine für Laser und Fräse umzustecken. Auf Wasserdichtigkeit kann ich keine Aussage treffen, sieht jedoch dicht aus

These are very common plugs that most oems use. Worked perfectly for my yamaha snowmobile. Good value for what i got felt identical to what it replaced, i gave it a 3 star on easy to use and assemble because without a little knowledge you wouldn't know how to take one apart. But other then that works exaclty as described
