Major label debut from the New Jersey indie-punk outfit, following on from 2002's 'I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love'. Following a similar formula to their debut this album blends the dark atmosphere of bands such as Joy Division and Cursive with melodic hooks and howling vocals in a similar way to AFI and in some respects The Cure, though with a definite pop-punk influence throughout. More polished than its predecessor this album contains the single 'I'm Not OK (I Promise)'. This album even includes the VERY FIRST My Chemical Romance song that I had ever listened to "Helena" and my personal theme song "I'm Not Okay (I Promise)". This album had came out in 2003 and it had been their second album released. The CD itself has a white background with red text and a red cross rosary printed on it. Inside of the cover has the lyrics to all of the songs (not the complete lyrics I believe) and the white background with a grey printed cross rosary. The cover also includes all of the people the whole band would like to thank, special thanks, whom Mikey Would like to thank, whom Ray would like to thank, whom Frank would like to thank, whom Matt would like to thank, and whom Gerard would like to thank. As I had said before this is my absolute favorite album and I HIGHLY recommend purchasing a copy. The Shipping and Quality -------------------------------- The shipping was fine it came at a reasonable time and it came unharmed. The quality of the CD was pretty much perfect except for 2 small cracks/nicks in the case and a small bit of wear but I wouldn't make such a fuss over it because it is absolutely pointless because it isn't really that severe nor is it that big of a deal. I REALLY RECOMMEND MY FELLOW KILLJOYS BUY THIS ALBUM!!!!!!
