Please don't buy this item as it won't work not even for 15 days. Battery will not long last for 5 minutes even you charge it for 5 hours. Waste of money. No guarantee / warranty offered on this item.

Soooo high end Dell laptop from 2014. Everything is updated and worked... But BATTERY FAILURE! worked but had to keep plugged in because battery would not charge. As I can do basic tech work not internal work. Going to put out in rain one day to in the end get rid of it. So I stopped to flip it over thinking was going to have to get "into it". There were two push buttons I opened and a battery popped out so I went youtubing and that was the battery supply I thought it was internal. Researched and found good reviews on this particular replacement. Got it within 2 days put it in about 2 minutes and laptop up and running and no failure issues detected. Came 82% charged and is almost to 100%. So literally saved me about 1800.00 tossing it and whatever cost of new one. This company is phenomenal with their products. Thank you soo much.

I have had my laptop for about 5 years now. I had never had any issues with battery until suddenly I turned it on one day, and got a message saying that my battery had experienced a critical failure and needed to be replaced. After looking up the price of a replacement battery on Dell's website, I was about ready to give up and just leave the laptop plugged in to its power cable permanently. I am glad that I decided to look on Amazon for replacement battery before giving up. Not only did this battery save me quite a bit of money, it works great and lasts noticeably longer.

I purchased this battery as a replacement for my Dell Inspiron 15R-5537. It works great and was much less expensive than a Dell replacement battery. It fit perfect and charges very quickly. The only issue I have is that it doesn't hold a charge as long as my Dell battery did. But I'm okay with that because of the big difference in price.

I saw some bad reviews about this product. When I bought this replacement Dell Laptop battery, I looked for the price and its specification. The price was good and the specification was liked my original. I used this for 2 weeks, it worked perfect like original Dell battery. One time, it did not worked, I careful checked it. It was the battery not inserted fully. I reinserted and it worked right away. So I think users that gave this battery bad review, they may not insert battery correctly so there was no connection. They supposed to read the specification that match to their own lap top battery. If the specification not matched, of course it would not worked. In conclusion, this is a good deal based on price and function. This is the reason that I give it 5 stars.
