Taste and performance
Don’t take these lightly! They are super powerful and give you a mad boost. I got these whilst training for a half marathon, they give you an awesome kick and push you to go harder for longer. They taste much better than other bands I’ve tried. Great hydration and easy to open whilst running

Hi 5 High Quality
An easier way to take on energy gels with electrolytes. Been using for a couple of months now and no issues at all and they are part of my long run routine. I personally struggle to "drink" from the sachet and empty them into small reusable bottles.

Delicious but sachet needs serious redesign.
Great flavour and boost but boy, that tear off needs to be redesigned. It's nearly impossible to tear off, when you do succeed it's the tiniest hole, and sometimes it just gets stuck, so you pull harder and I kid you not the entire sachet tears apart, sugary sticky liquid everywhere. Nonsense.

They are exactly what they say. Purchased for a long run. Tastes horrible and the texture wasn’t great but they did the job. Didn’t cause any digestive issues.

At last, a solution
I have suffered cramps in the calf muscles whilst playing rugby over the last year. I have researched to ways to help reduce this, one being bananas due to the potassium content. But then I came across electrolytes as a solution. After much reading on this I decided to look for electrolytes I could easily take just before and during game time. After reading a lot of reviews on different products I went for HIGH5 Energy Gel with Electrolytes. And whilst I have only been using them over the last few weeks, I have noticed a difference. I take one sachet during pre-match warm up before kick off and one at half time. First I have noticed my energy levels are sustained for much longer during a game, and not flagging like before. But importantly I have, as yet, not started to encounter cramping in the calf muscles and have played full games with no issues. Whether that is luck or thanks to High 5 gels, we shall see as the season progresses. But it is positive that improvements have occurred since taking high 5.
