Updated Review: Great customer service by Drograce! They replied very quickly to my post and pointed out a secondary battery specific on/off switch that I had missed as well as offering further service if necessary to remedy the problem if the switch was not the issue. Apparently there is a very small master battery On/Off switch on the right side of the camera right below the USB port which I didn't realize was actually a switch even though I saw the On/Off label on the USB port cover. Make sure that this switch is turned to on otherwise the camera will only turn on when plugged in. It is somewhat confusing having 2 power buttons but I can see this master switch being useful for parents who want to prevent the camera from being used during certain moments or to prevent accidental powering on in a bag I guess. As for the camera quality, it is definitely not going to win any photography awards but for young children this is perfect because it has much better quality video and pictures than the more well known competitor brand here on amazon. Definitely going to make a great Christmas gift!! Original Review: Just received this in the mail. Ordered as a Christmas gift for someone and wanted to make sure it was working correctly before I gifted it. It had no charge when it arrived so I plugged it in and the blue light turned on showing it was charging. Checked back on it about 20 minutes later and the blue light had gone out which I thought was strange since it had no charge beforehand. Turned it on while still plugged in and the battery meter said full charge so I unplugged it and it shut off immediately. Will not turn on unless it is plugged in so obviously the battery is worthless. Other than that seems like a good product and I really want to like it, but obviously without a working battery it is non-functional. I tried to look for a way to contact DROGRACE hoping this is just a lemon but can't find any way to contact them directly.

I bought this camera for my 7 year old little boy for his birthday.. he loves going swimming and what more fun than to be able to take pictures underwater!! He always loves that it has games he can play on while in the pool since it is waterproof! Camera is good quality, great price, battery life last for about 8 hours before needing to charge. It is blue and black in color and is small which is perfect for younger kids! Definitely recommend if you want to add extra fun to your water activities!!

I bought this camera as a birthday gift for my niece. After extensive comparison, I selected this camera. - It comes with a helmet mount and handlebar for bikes/ scooters. There is a neck strap and a waterproof case that can be carried in the water. The case is sturdy and didn’t leak. It also comes a micro sd card that can be used immediately. - The pictures quality is not very good, but for a kids digital camera, it is acceptable! The size is suitable for little kids. The basic functions are easy to master and pics and hd video appear very clear on our PC flat screen. But there is one complaint, the sound of the video is very low, you have to upload it to pc to hear clearly, and the user guide doesn’t clearly explain how to use the helmet mount and handlebar mount, so it took me some time to figure out some operations. Overall this is a good camera for kids!

I bought this camera for my five-year-old son to capture his summer adventures. He adores it since receiving it. He has already attached it to his bike and taken it to the beach to photograph crabs in the water. The camera is user-friendly and has proven to be sturdy. I appreciate that it included accessories for attaching it to his bike, making it a great value for a kids camera.

I love toy cameras and the look of lower quality video when mixed in with crispy HD. I had hoped to shoot some funky time lapse with this, but the listen functionality of time lapse is actually a time delay photo- not timed continuous shoot. I'll return it since it doesn't do what I want, and I can get a different toy camera look with another brand.

This little camera looks very sturdy, easy to take pictures. Switching from video to photos is easy. It came with a lot of parts, beautiful camera for birthday gift. My girl haven’t put it down since I gave it to her… Update: - This kids camera is worthy of praise. It has been used for a few months and it works well. - The camera and waterproof case is sturdy, our girl accidentally dropped it, and it still works very well. - The waterproof case has a good waterproof effect. I have done an experiment and put it in the sink, and everything works normally in the water. The camera inside is still dry after opening the waterproof case. - l tried to use its mounting bicycle accessories, it is easy to install on the bicycle, and will not fall off. I also tried to install it on the helmet. This is a bit more complicated. Be careful that the rope should be tightened, otherwise it will loosen. This camera is really suitable for outdoor activities. When our family goes hiking/walking in the park, she always brings her small camera. I plan to buy another one as a Christmas gift for our niece.

I bought these for my 7 year old niece and nephew as presents. They brought them on a ski trip with us and loved using them in the hotel pool and on the mountain! They were able to figure out how to use them without any help. They also loved the added bonus of being able to play games on them. The waterproof shell works great and they had no issues after submerging in the pool. The quality of pics isn’t super high but definitely good enough for the price and for kid use.

I'm so bummed out! My kiddo got this for Christmas but it won't get off the "welcome" screen. Tried everything, was hoping for a secret reset to no avail. Don't buy y'all!

Great built. The video quality is decent. It comes with a very nice protective case. The built-in batt lasts about 1hr of mix filming/photos

Volume on video recording does not work despite looking at the settings and adjusting the volume to high. The picture quality is horrible. The neck strap that came with it, one end is coming loose because it was not sewn properly. Wouldn’t take much for it to come apart. The camera itself feels cheaply made. Returning this.

This is a great camera for children. My daughter is 4 and has had no problem navigating how to work it. I love that you can switch between photo and video just by pushing the buttons on the top. We haven’t used all the accessories yet, but the water proof camera has come in handy. It protects the camera when she drops it. The only reason I haven’t given it 5 stars is I haven’t figured out if there is a way to get rid of pictures right from the camera.
