The humidifier covers any area up to 400 sq.ft²

Q: how do you clean the inside of the water tank? It doesn't seem like it could be opened, but there is no other way of comprehensively cleaning.

Thank you for reaching out! Before cleaning, please make sure your unit is not plugged into a power outlet. Clean the water tank once every 2-3 weeks. Unscrew the water tank cover, wipe off any scale that is formed, then rinse with water & air dry. Clean the water bath once per week. If you notice scale in the water bath please wipe the bath with a soft cloth damped in a cleaning agent & rinse with water. External cleaning of the humidifier- Rinse a soft cloth in lukewarm water, wipe off the stains. For the nozzle, you can take it out & rinse it directly with tap water.

Q: Can i use essential oils with this humidifier?

No. This a humidifier, not a diffuser. Essential oils are not recommended.

Q: How do you set the timer ?

There is no timer but you can get a cheap outlet timer.
