Good value for money
The product is quite good, build quality and zipper quality are better than average bags. Feels premium and has a lot of space.

Good quality product
I really liked the product. It has good quality material and zippers and it has ample of pockets in the main compartment and utility compartments. It's shape is good but size could be little smaller. I cannot put on my raincoat jacket over this bag. Sadly this bag doesn't come with a rain protector with it, I had to buy that separately. I happened to visit a nearby DMart and found this same bag being sold at 1599/-. Exactly 900 rupees lesser than what I bought it for. I was very disheartened upon seeing this. I urge you to explore your local market. And buy only those things online which are not available in your local market.

They have replaced the bag pack with in a week. Good service. I previously I used their bag for 3 years. Good quality product.

Poor quality zipper
The bag's overall quality is good, but the poor quality of the zipper has ruined the entire experience. It overshadows all the positive aspects of the product and may even affect the brand's reputation.
