I never leave negative reviews for items unless the quality is really bad but PLEASE please do not use these on your cakes. They are NOT food safe and the gold spray paint definitely is not. I know it’s tempting because they’re a great price but I was sent some of the biggest spears ever - great value but no way fit for purpose of a cake and the smell was absolutely disgusting - they smell like they’ve had melted plastic surrounding them and awful chemical gold sprayed on them. Once again they are NOT good safe, do not risk putting these in or near your edible items as it’ll be a risk to you and your customers

Even though I like the look of these palm leaves, they are so strong and potent from the spray it’s almost unbearable: seriously hope the seller can change this about the product as it just is too too strong!

Quite expensive for what you are actually receiving. Wish more would have been provided to justify the price. The positives are that it is easy to use.

….not absolutely solid colour. Some of the paint or dye hasn’t taken everywhere on the leaves, which adds a certain “natural rustic” look, but I expected them to be solid black.
