Therapeutic for Autistic Students
The marble maze helps my students focus and calm/cool down before a complete melt down occurs. They have to focus so hard on moving the marble through the maze that it takes their attention away from what the meltdown. Some of the students will ask for it when they become anxious. I highly recommend purchasing a marble mat such as this for your classroom or any child who needs fidgits to cool down.

Great quality, works like a charm. I got the bear lap pad for his classroom, and it helped on the ride to school, so I got two more, one for home and one for the car. My son is 6 years old, nonverbal moderate to severe autism, sensory seeking.

I Bought the Fidget Marble Maze Mat for My Autisitc Grandchild
On the positive side it fascinates him and he uses it quite a bit so it's money well spent as he does not respond to all sensory products. Whether it's the colors or the manipulation of the marble through the maze is unknown as he is uncommunicative. On the negative side, it is as advertised - very small - about the size of a large man's hand. Further, the stitching where the marble is pushed through the maze could be stronger and thicker but it is too early to determine if the stitching will break - and a loose marble would be nothing but trouble.

Surprisingly great quality!
My students use these lap pads every day and they keep lasting and lasting! I am amazed by everything they have withstood. I usually do not pack them away before leaving my students with subs or if I am out of the room, and I know that some of my students have definitely swung these around and played pretty roughly with the pads. They are so durable!

Poor quality of construction and materials.
The stitching is too close together at multiple areas on the mat, and as a result, the marble cannot be moved without getting stuck. As an adult, I could not get the marble through the narrow areas, so there’s no way this is useable for my 4-year-old son. Plus, the rainbow fabric, while soft, is thin. As we tried to dislodge the stuck marble, the fabric is already starting to wear through in those areas. Great idea, but poor quality of material and construction means This will have to go back.

Cute idea, but expecting more for the money
Poor quality, double stitching suggests quick completion of this product without any attention to detail. Does the job, but very simplistic and doesn’t keep attention for long. I’d say reasonable asking price for this product should be $5.

Good tool.
This is truly a simple little toy. It is nice because it’s small and lightweight. I keep it in my purse for my daughter when she needs to fidgit or do something with her hands.

My 4 yo son has sensory issues and anxiety, which can lead to sleeping difficulty. With this weighted blanket, he falls asleep very quickly, and now will ask for it when he is having trouble falling asleep or is overstimulated.
