Let me tell you, like many others, we cook a lot and I have cooked and been a chef. I've owned expensive sets of everything and low cost accessories.I bought this specific set for several reasons. Yes I needed another set, secondly, I wanted a set that wasn't aluminum, and lastly, I still required non-stick.My wife would tell you these are life changing. Example...if you ever used a lot of seasoning when cooking in a pan etc or even using grease. You don't burn or over heat the grease, but it turns a dark collar even when using high quality oils/grease. If you noticed that, it's because the oan is reacting to the oil, this creating different taste and it's unhealthy. Add to that, the bottoms have a steel heat conductor that dissipates heat evening over the entire bottom surface. This guarantees an evenly cooked meal and that has been our experience now since the day we started using them. Non stick is ridiculously awesome on this set.Use this set and do the same test - oil is as clean as you poured it! Seasoned food taste INCREDIBLE and you'll notice that you did t have to use as much. I'd say it was me but it's not.My wife absolutely loves these and recommended it to our DIL. She bought it and experienced the same thing without us saying or asking. First thing she said was taste and e the clean up was effortless..she accidently burned a cheese slice from a burger to the bottomless while cooking. Came off so easy she was stunned. Oil was clean and...it's granite!!...which means it's beautiful and sturdy if you get a quality set.I stand on this review. I also made sure to purchase all non abrasive accessories for cooking as well. There will be NO scraping of these pots or pans, nor contact with an abrasive object on purpose.Buy these...and if you do ...pass your experience to a friend or famaily mbr. It really IS that much more healthy and fun to cook.

Absolutely love these pans! They’ve held up wonderfully since I purchased them. When I have guests over, they are commonly complimented as being a nice set! They look wonderful and cook well! They have great variety in sizes of the pans, and are non-stick! Seriously one of the best Amazon purchases!

The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this set! Not only are they gorgeous, but they work so well. The pots and pans are very nonstick, and they come in the perfect sizes. Cleaning is a breeze because the food slides right off.They do ship with the handles off most of the pots and pans, but they are super easy to attach. It even came with his own screwdriver so I didn’t have to look for tools. Also, it was easy enough that you don’t have to read directions. All of the handles fit any of the pots/pans so you just slide the handles in and use the screws and screwdriver they send to secure it. It was simple!I love that this that has larger pots and pans along with the smaller ones. Some sets only have smaller but I’m LOVING the larger sizes included in this. It really is a great, complete set for anything I want to cook.There is a lid to fit each of the pieces, and really nice, large, felt pads to stack and separate everything in the cabinet without getting scratched. The matching ladle and turner are not only cute but functional. I can’t say enough good things about this set. I’m so happy with my purchase!

Just purchased and washed and dried .. I Good will’ed just about all my other pots and pans to make room for them.i am depending on these to do the job! Fingers crossed!!1. Upon opening the box they were appealing to the eye2. Not heavy , which a what I wanted … I had some heavy castiron and as you get older , the lifting them out of the cabinets can become a strain. I was ready for a change in that department!! lolThese are very light to handle . My instinct is when I pick them up they are going be be heavy … but they are not.I cooked beef stew last night ,it was delicious!The pot seem to cook evenly no burning got a decent sear on hi heatClean up was a breezeDried and put a little Evoo on the with a paper towel and put away.I love the handles each time I stirred the stew to take the lid off I didn’t need a potholder .. the handle was not hot at all!I was careful to use an eye on the stove that didn’t not go past the pots size (read reviews that the handles melted )I used hi heat for a bit just to get the stew Red a little seared and cooking good and then turned down to a good simmer and no issues!I hope they last .. bc I really do like them.I liked that it came with 3 utensils(wish they had more they are very sturdy and not flimsy at all… I used the spatula for cooking the stew beef and the ladle for ladling the stew into bowls .It sat on the stove for about an hour off the hot eye after eating … poured up leftover and washed easily… so far no complaints.I hope they last bc I really do like them !! I will definitely update with any changes along the way .For the moment I highly recommend.

I love these pots they are so cute! Definitely invest in some silicone or any non metal on the pots they scratch VERY easily, stacking them in the sink will also scratch them up, but they are non stick which is nice!

Edit:Customer support sent the replacement quickly. Very impressed.-----Made the purchase in January. Overall the experience is good. Food is not sticking and cleaning is easy. I always hand wash with sponges and only used the included ladle with it. The 4.3 qt casserole developed a discoloration over the past month and some coating peeled off. I contacted Carote couple days ago and haven't received any response yet.I think this is a nice pot with some issues with their durability. It is really a shame because the looks and handling are great.
