Dr recommended, the complete multivitamin
I was recommended this product by my doctor. I am a fairly active person and workout atleast 3 day's a week. I did have some mild pain in my left knee and when I got tested, while my vitamin levels were within range, they were on the lower side. My doctor recommended this product. As he explained, while our vitamin and mineral levels also decrease with age, so do our calorific needs and metabolism. Our diet is not enough to provide all the nutrients we need and hence one should start using supplements when early signs show up. Besides, just one tablet a day is enough. This product is well known even outside India and given the proliferation of supplements, I would anyday trust a well known brand from GSK , which is recommended by my doctor. While I have been having this only for a week, my knee pain has improved enough to not be a deterrent.

Best supplement for seniors finally in India
My parents during their time in US used to take Centrum multivitamins. However, after moving to India we used to find it difficult finding it. It was such a relief knowing that this brand has been finally launched here as well. Centrum Adults 50+ is one of the only product that I could find that is appropriate for seniors. I don’t have to think twice before buying a supplement for my parents anymore on whether all ingredients would be suitable for them or not. It has taken care of all. Also it is vegetarian, which is an important factor for my parents. Overall the product is good. It comes in a compact silver bottle that they can carry whenever travelling and is hard to miss out. Pretty satisfied and happy with my purchase.

It has Vitamin D2 and not Vitamin D3
The bottle label mentions that Centrum Adults 50+ contains Vitamin D2, whereas Amazon's website says that it contains Vitamin D3. Please update the product description so that consumers can make an informed decision.
