Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark Soy Sauce is a naturally brewed, non-GMO, vegan soy sauce with a rich, mellow umami flavor and subtle sweetness. Its deep dark color enhances the visual appeal of stews, braises, and stir-fries, while its thick, smooth consistency makes it easy to use for adding depth and a glossy finish to a variety of dishes.

Nice addition to Asian sauce recipes
Adds a slightly sweet umami flavor depth to dishes. A little goes a long way. Good value for the money.

Premium quality, top notch, trusted brand
Not much to say. Lee Kum Kee is a brand you can trust and in this age of uncertainty they continue to stand at the forefront in terms of quality.A little goes a long way with this dark soy sauce and the flavor is just what you want. Whether you're making fried rice or just looking to spice something up with that umami flavor this is the stuff you're looking for.

Drunken Noodle must
This product worked great for drunken noodles. It's slightly thicker than traditional soy sauce but worked great for us. My only caveat is the red food dye. I don't get it, the dye doesn't affect the flavor so why use it? Anyhow, the taste worked for what we needed and will use it again. Value was fine and the bottle arrived with the seal completely intact.

Fantastic!
Delicious and rich flavor! I will be only buying this from now on. The price and quality blows away other brands and the flavor is second to none. Very pleasantly surprised. My highest recommendation.

The flavor and size of the bottle is great
The bottle is glass, but was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. It has a nice, easy pour spout, so no spillage while pouring. I use regular and dark soy in several recipes. The dark soy adds a nice, rich color to the dish and is very flavorful. I don't have a sodium issue, but 1 Tbsp (15ml) = 116mg of sodium. To me, that doesn't seem particularly high for a recipe that calls for 1-2 Tbsp for 4-6 servings.
