A natural boost to healing
Bought these to help with the pain and swelling following root canal treatment. I had been in a lot of pain from a lingering infection. After no improvement for several days, I found once I started taking this arnica remedy it really helped with the pain, I was able to cut down on the amount of pain killers I was taking and the swelling was going down.

Arnica is an amazing healer.
I was wondering, as can’t see it anywhere, what is the dosage? I’ve been taking 2 every couple of hours and hope that’s right lol Also it’s very easy to get them out, just hold upside down and slowly turn the top over your hand or a bowl or something to catch them.

This is how you get the tablets out..
Too early to know if these will work as writing this before surgery. But getting the tablets out baffled me and ended up cutting the top off the first tube. Turns out that if you turn tube upside down and just turn the lid the tablets drop into the lid. Easy.

I have used this product for years and love the convenience of the twist bottle cap dispenser. Most of the tiny balls are consistent in size but occasionally you get a larger one that won't go through the hole and tends to break in half. Other than that Arnica Montana has really worked on my bruises and pain in my ankle for a pulled Achilles tendon I've been healing for over 5 months now.
