How do i know if focus camera ll is a legit seller?

I would be very wary about secondary sellers Amazon won't do anything if your ripped off.

Does it have bulb mode?

If this is your question I think you need to reconsider your choice of cameras. I don’t think they make a full frame camera that doesn’t have bulb mode lol.
