FYI - if you have a cosmetology license you can purchase directly from Dyson with an $150 trade discount. I learned about the Dyson Stick after discussing my woes about how I’d dry my waist length hair while wearing a cast on my hand for 7 weeks post surgery. She lent me her Dyson as the attachable brush allowed me to dry/style my hair with one hand! What a game changer. It also dries the hair much quicker than my current professional dryer, while sealing the cuticle — leaving it very smooth looking and soft feeling. While the dryer has a high price tag for non stylists, it’s only slightly higher priced than what I’d normally spend on a professional high speed, well balanced, powerful dryer. Hopefully, the motor on the Dyson is comparable to my other dryers — in quality and longevity. Con — the case it comes in. While pretty looking, it’s useless. When I order my dryer, I’ll purchases a cloth caddy that can attach to a wall with adhesive for storage and easy access! It IS easy to travel with - as it takes up minimal space. The limited edition dark blue color dryer is only offered at a few select department stores. Long story short — I highly recommend the Dyson Stick!

The Dyson Airwrap Multi-Styler is honestly the best hair tool I’ve ever owned. It makes styling so much easier, faster, and safer for my hair. I received my Dyson hair wrap as a gift less than a year ago. I rarely use it because I have naturally curly hair. I may use it once a week at most. For some reason it has decided to stop working. At first I thought it might be something wrong with my outlet but I tried a number of them in my home and the same thing happens. It goes on for a few seconds and then immediately shuts off. Very disappointing for a product that costs as much as this one does and it didn’t even last a year. It worked fairly well when it did work, bummer it didn’t seem to be made well or maybe I was the lucky one with defective product. Update: since it should have been covered by the warranty I chatted with the Dyson customer service line. After they walked me through cleaning the item (which I had already tried) and they gave me a claim number and said that I would receive an email confirmation and a box in the mail to return it. Unfortunately my family went away for a few weeks on vacation a few days later and when I got back (we still hadn’t received a box or email) I kind of forgot about it because like I said I just didn’t use it often enough. Kind of a sad ending, my husband was so excited to give it to me and it was basically just a waste of a lot of money.

I have long fine hair and this Airwrap helps me style without using a flat iron. It adds volume, makes soft curls, and doesn’t burn my hair. It works best when hair is slightly damp and with a little hairspray at the end. It’s expensive, but the results are worth it for me.

What a life changing experience. I have very long hair and I used three of the attachments on my hair the first time. I think with some practice I will be able to master this product
