Over all it is good
Bought this about a week ago and i am questioning myself for not buying them sooner! I bought this with a knee sleeve. Love these sleeves. Worth the purchase! My size was medium. Fit perfectly. Give me not only protection but also less pain in the AC room. The material is light, not heavy, feels nothing by wear it under my shirt.

It's perfect to fit my arm and very comfortable
The elbow brace was really helpful when I workout in the gym. It's tight enough to protect my elbow from getting hurt while lifting the weight. I like it so much.

Nearly worthless.
Provides a small amount of compression. Does not relieve pain.
