No such measurement - only thing recorded is "Magnesia Phosphorica 6X HPUS" - I have no idea what that means. However, I keep them in my car for a quick fix for foot and leg cramps while driving and have found them extremely effective.

Why is this the same price for 1/5 of the product? The package changed so are the pills 5 times larger?

The tablets are 3x larger than the previous tablets, 3 grain vs 1 grain. The formula has not changed.
