I usually don’t write reviews, but this one just deserves it! I grew up eating black caviar so I know exactly the real taste - and this one brought me back to my childhood to my lovely grandma. The flavor is clean and perfectly balanced with salt and the texture is just the way I love it! Thank you for overnight shipping, it’s was fresh and that is a big deal, gonna get more rn

High quality at a reasonable price. If you like caviar, this one is worth it.

I bought this just to compare with flying fish roe (the fish eggs traditionally used on sushi). Good quality flying fish roe is far superior in texture and taste to the sturgeon roe I received. The sturgeon was bland, not 'crisp', not very tasty. Almost like it was pressure cooked. Save your money and buy good quality flying fish roe! This caviar doesn't cut it.

Absolutely impressed with this caviar. It arrived very quickly and was packed with multiple cold ice packs, so the tin came in perfectly chilled. The caviar is extremely fresh, clean, and rich in flavor exactly what you expect from high-quality malossol. Beautiful texture, no off-notes, just pure, delicious taste.

Very soft, I wish it's a little firmer

It is pricy and I would like to eat it everyday. My husband bought it for me twice and I have devolved into paroxysms of delight each time. It is not fishy, however, it reminds me of the sea. It is briny and just salty enough. I do like how it bursts on my tongue. As with all good caviar, it leave a mouth perfume that I find delightful. Both times, the cans had been packed with such amazing care, almost as good as a iPhone boxing. Styrofoam sturdy box with so many ick pack that were still frozen ish when the caviar arrived. Sad to say, within 3 days of receiving each, I ate it all and had to really restrain myself from eating it in one go. Sigh, all gone now.

I was a bit hesitant about ordering black caviar online, but I’m so glad I did! It arrived quickly, packed securely, and perfectly chilled, which really put my mind at ease. As soon as we opened it, I could tell it was high-quality – the pearls were firm and had a beautiful shine. The taste was absolutely delicious, smooth and flavorful with just the right saltiness. What really surprised me was how much the whole family enjoyed it – even the kids couldn’t get enough! We made a fun little spread with blinis, crème fraîche, and some chilled vodka for the adults, and it turned into such a special family treat. This was definitely a splurge, but totally worth it. I’ll be ordering again for sure, especially for special occasions!
