is this better than the one form B-12? how do we know which forms we need? so many choices

In know its hard to navigate all the choices! My nutrition doc recommend this type. I really like them because they melt in your mouth super easy to take. When I first started taking B-12 it gave me so much energy! I couldn't believe it, like I was drinking an extra cup of of coffee! I personally would highly recommend this B-12.

What is the complete ingredient list? There is no detail listed. Thanks

Really DFH? No ingredient list? Further, on the product page under “Important Information > Ingredients, it says, and I quote: “See supplement facts for full list of ingredients.” And a potential customer is supposed to that exactly how? Get your act together, DFH. As for the answer to your question, reading the ingredient list printed on the box they come in: Serving Size: 1 lozenge % Daily Value Amount per serving: Vitamin B12 3,000 mcg 125,000% (as Methylcobalamin, Hydroxycobalamin and adenosylcobalamin Other ingredients: Mannitol, modified cellulose, natural orange flavor and color, vegetable stearate, citric acid and luo han guo extract (fruit).

What are the mcg amounts for each form of b12 and total amount rda%?

The package states: 3000mcg for Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin, hydroxycobalamin and adenosylcobalamin). Daily value 125,000%

My wife and I had low B12, after using DFH product and retesting our B12 levels are high in the normal range. Dissolves well, no funky taste. Another quality DFH product.
