At roughly half the cost of the ones available at my local home improvement store these seem to be a good deal. They are all made in China so what are you gonna do.It's nice that these have both USB A and USB C. I installed them to provide a clean connection for my little IP security cameras. The C connection may be handy in the future if I get newer cameras with that connection.Installation is typical to any household outlet. The terminal design works well and makes it easy to connect with the wire's stripped end straight (i.e. no winding on screw). I always tighten these very securely to be sure no arcing or resistance occurs at the terminal. For some reason it seems that a lot of electricians are either weak or lazy when it come to terminating outlets (I usually can give the existing screws a little extra snug-up).Anyway, at this point they appear to be a good buy.

Very easy to install. The back wire feature is secured by the screws and simple to use. It is a little bulky so you will want a deep box if possible.

These outlets are really deep. They didn't fit in the surface mount box I had. I eventually found a ring that could be mounted to the box to make it another inch deep. This gave me the clearance I needed to get the outlets in. Now that they are in place the look great and do exactly what i want.

I purchased a new home, and had these installed before I moved in. My handyman said it was an easy install, and the ease of having USB-A and USB-C plugs right there is amazing. I've recommended these to a few friends and they're having them installed in their homes.

Installed today, seems to be good quality. Easy to install, haven't tried the charging port yet.

These charging receptacles are awesome for guest rooms and when for common areas in our house that everyone uses to charge their devices. No need to scrounge around for charging blocks. I plan on purchasing a few more.

The only drawback that some may say is the Decora vs standard wall plate may not match. I dont mind. They are perfect. Put them in each guest room with cord.

It was easy to install, but a bit of a tight fit since the USB circuitry makes the outlet quite deep.I used this USB outlet along with a Google Home Mini cover plate (see photo) - works well.Sockets are tamper-resistant, so you need need a extra push to get plugs inserted properly.
