Ideal tool for cutting table tennis rubber
I've used twice cutting my new table tennis rubbers after glued to blade. I would highly recommend this, much better than cutting knife --almost effortless with better cutting quality.

Works on Latex
Very good at cutting thin to medium rubber, including Latex. The slight bend, and fine serration holds the rubber so it doesn't slip when you cut. It can be a bit tricky to cut a straight line, but they are great at cleaning up mistakes in other cuts.
