3Bione has helped to regulate my gut activity. I take it with breakfast and with dinner, so that bowel movements are regular.

I thought I'd try it out. Not a bad choice. I only picked it because it was a less expensive probiotic. Doesn't work as well as my previous probiotic. Easy to swallow, may work for others.

I have searched for years for a probiotic that seems to help my digestive system. This one actually seems to be working.

The product works. The only problem Its gave me an upset stomach if you take everyday. And they said it would not upset your stomach at all.

This did NOT work at all. My intestine is the same way it was prior to taking almost the entire bottle. I only have 7 left. I give up. As a matter of fact I feel more bloated since I have been taking it which is why I stopped after 3 weeks.

It was a little slow--nature of the health problem--but the product worked. Satisfied with the product. Not cheap, but satisfied with its performance. 3Biome does work.
