Does it have have a hole on the thinner end so the jewelry can be put in it?

The pin does not have a hole. It fits inside of an threadless post. So the earring post would have a hole in it, and the pin would fit inside that, then you would slide the pin through the piercing hole with the backing attached.

My nose piercing hole no put in any jewelry for some time, can i use thise taper to put in the jewelry easier?

Yes, the jewelry can be fed into your piercing hole using the taper. Put the taper in your piercing hole with the little post on the bottom. Then put your jewelry on the post and feed it back up into your nose hole and out of your piercing hole. It’s the only way I can put my push pin type posts in the my nose
