Are they waxed laces or not? Because some of the reviews say that are not.

They are not waxed laces even though the description says they are. Do not believe the description.

Hi, the wax laces new out of the box are approximately 3/8" wide or about 10mm/1cm wide. Of course they can very slightly, and stretch with use.... but that is the approximate width of a new new lace.

Elite Hockey Prolace Waxed Hockey Skate Laces (White, 120") Good set of laces. They are waxed but they're actually lightly waxed and not too heavy of a coat. It has enough to get the laces tightly gripped but not so stiff that it's a pain to loosen up when it's cold full of ice. Just make sure you get the right length.
