I love this bad unfortunately the plastic thing for adjusting the handle is annoyingly painful on the neck area

First off I will address the 4 star rating. This would have received 5 stars if the material didn’t catch everything and get dirty so easily. I’ve tried to scotch guard and water proof it without much luck. Otherwise it’s PERFECT! Exactly as described!! Reminds me of all the bags I carried in the 90’s that I got from the military surplus store. With one AMAZING improvement….. A ZIPPER!!!!! Love all the pockets and very sturdy!

The opening part of the bag is really small while the bottom and inside is wide. I don’t like that cuz I struggle putting things in and taking things out. Also, the bag stinks like burnt factory that would not go away. I washed it so many times using both hand wash and machine wash methods. The smell even got on to my clothes and wont go away either. I would try spraying perfume or anything that would make it smell better and nothing, still wouldn’t work. The bag I got was the black bag that has pockets at the short ends of the bag, not the long ends.

It’s everything she was needing and more I’m glad it’s exactly what she was wanting

While I love the bag it’s zipper opening is ridiculous, I can’t get my laptop in and out without a struggle
