How often and how long should this product e taken for? It just says serving size is two capsules.

I take 2 capsules each day. 1 in the evening and 1 in the early morning when I wake up. No problem on an empty stomach. I have had vertigo twice. My 2 times that I had it tended to be at nite, when in bed. That’s why I take one before bedtime or earlier. It really works. It helps the lightheadeness, that I would have. Plus I buy from Amazon pro/fen. It’s in a little bottle, oil and you roll it behind each earlobe. I put this on twice a day. Morning and nite when I go to bed. I get it on Amazon also
