Good packs of 6-hole A7 5 mm quadrille notebook refills. Just to be clear, each one of the three packs of paper included in this item has 45 sheets per pack. Three packs equals 3 X 45 = 135 sheets total. One sheet has two sides so that means two pages per sheet and each order has 2 X 135 sheets = 270 pages. Each sheet, as expected with notebook refills, is a little bigger than A7. Each sheet is 82mm x 123mm (3.23″ x 4.84″) with six equal-spaced holes that are spaced 19mm (0.75″) center-to-center. Each hole is approximately 4.3 mm (0.17") in diameter. These refills fit perfectly in the "2-Pack 6 Ring Binder Cover, (faux) Leather A7" notebooks [ASIN: B09TW27MB1]. I know, I own both items. This picture in this review shows 45 sheets per pack.
