Very nice cnc router, the instructions are not that great but they have a assembly video and that was straight forward, I only ran a handful of test carves but everything seems right on the only thing is some minor issues that I would say is operator related and nothing to do with the machine, anyway I'm happy with it.

Got it all put together, and went to run in the spindle, but it was ratcheting like the bearings were shot. The runout in the spindle is about .015" so trying to cut anything would be almost impossible because you would only be using 1 flute.

The spindle holder could be stiffer. If the bit hits a wood knot the spindle tips up.

Low-cost CNC. Assembles in a bout 2 hours without difficulty. I found that it did not support some of the advanced G-code capabilities, (like G81) but the manufacture provided me with code samples to simulate those capabilities. Very responsive support. I needed a larger work area for my project, this has the largest work area for its price range. I highly recommend this unit as an entry level CNC.

This CNC router is horrible and would not recommend to anyone, the setup instructions are not very informational, the unit goes into error and the USB and card reader will not work, there seems to be no support phone number

Hi,I’m a 26 year experienced tool and die maker, I ordered this to experiment at home with 3d surfacing on different materials. I was not disappointed. (once I replaced the cutters with my own cutters)I had one issue with the offline controller, the seller was very responsive and offered to replace it. The replacement was not necessary, but them standing by the product was appreciated.
