I am an avid Halloween decorator with a large Halloween collection. For years, I have been a frequent customer of Haunted Hill, as they offer reasonably priced, realistic Halloween animatronics. This Halloween Bride was a perfect addition to our display. We mounted her on an elevated platform, and she looked like she was suspended in air. She really comes to life with the right lighting and placement! So realistic, eerie with great movement and spooky sound, and she seems to be the neighborhood favorite!I do want to also mention the exceptional and speedy customer service response of Haunted Hill. As a frequent customer, ordering many of their animatronics, I have experienced mechanical issues with a few products; however, this company is rapidly responsive to any issues, and they stand behind their products! The motor on this animatronic was malfunctioning, and they immediately responded and sent a replacement. If you are a Halloween collector, these aren’t your super expensive, high end animatronics; however, for the pricing, you can’t beat them! Most of their animatronics tend to be the crowd pleasing favorites of our neighborhood! They make great additions to any Halloween display. You won’t regret buying them!!

I was so excited to receive this product. It was easy to assemble and she'll be a great addition to my collection. I got disappointed when I turned her on and one of the spring got disconnected and got all tangled up on its screw. I had to cut it off to prevent it from snagging on the dress. It seems to be working fine without it but I don't know how it will affect its stability. Am I the only one who had this problem? It's the spring with the yellow tag to be exact. For this reason it got 4 stars instead of 5.

The media could not be loaded. The good, works well with 400w fogger (not included, used my own). Great side to side motion and use motion. Lights interact with the flowing fog. Just put together today and giving 5 stars will adjust if necessary after my display is complete.Cons. The head is heavy and it is fast forward, feels like it could get unstable, but i have this problem with many animatronics and i use blocks to hold them in place.

I was so excited to get this, and was soon disappointed. First the Styrofoam headstone was cracked and damaged in multiple places. I thought ok i can fix that. Then there were NO predrilled holes to fasten pegs to put headstone together, trying to manipulate my own holes and not damage Styrofoam wasn't easy. Then, there's no sensor, so the only way this thing goes off is by touching it. It has an ON button and a footpad button. I also noticed the neck doesn't want to turn at all times. For 120.00 bucks it definitely could have been made better. Styrofoam, no sensor, no good!! Recording of the voice, good, glowing off the eyes and body, good but the product itself not so much!!

We are impressed. Highly recommend.

If you want to scare the children on Halloween I highly recommend him 😂. I hope he holds up for many Halloween’s ahead!!

But his sensor could be a little more sensitive. When you reach in his bucket it rarely goes off. A little disappointed, but we'll keep him.
