Does this item come with the dog lead and the outfit shown in the final photo?

My dog toy did not arrive with the lead and the outfit even though I was assured it would.

Hi does the toy come with the lead as shown in the photo ? Thanks

I believe it does. I bought the toy a while ago for my grandaughter but I have a recollection of it being dragged about on its lead until she lost interest in it!
